Isabelle's thoughts on A Ma Guise: 

All 16 grapes for this cuvée (a real medley of white and red grapes) are harvested early in the season, in fact they are the first to be picked (in this case in August) to make a light, easy drinking style of wine. A true field blend, all 16 grapes were vinified together in stainless steel. A quintessential vin de soif (or thirst quencher), it is light, juicy, and a little bit too easy-drinking thanks to its abundance of ripe red cherry and wild strawberry notes. If pétanque were a popular pastime in the US, this would be the wine to take along, in an ice bucket, to watch a game under the sun.
